Freeze dried fruit

Freeze dried fruit is light and crispy. Freeze drying preserves 97% of the fruits nutrients versus dehydrated which preserves 60-75%. We make our products from ripe fresh fruit, never pre frozen from the the freezer section. Local fruit is always used when available.
